All items ordered and paid for will ship within 1-2 business day. We primarily ship through USPS. After leaving our facility, USPS typically delivers in 2-3 business days (in U.S.). You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information for your package.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied for any reason, let us know and we will do our best to make it up to you by returning or exchanging your product. You may cancel an order before it ships from our facility if it has not been packed or staged for shipping.
Damaged or Defective Products
Damaged or defective products may be returned to LobaMane.com after contacting support@LobaMane.com. Please submit photo images of the damaged or defective product. We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 3 days of order delivery.
Please note that Loba Mane® is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns + exchanges, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Loba Mane®.
